Implemented workload measurements that allowed me to manage expectations and track non-overhead utilization to over 70% for employees and over 95% for contractors. Throughput metrics improved showing 4x more issues tracked, 3.5x more project tasks completed, and over 5x more projects closed with about the same number of staff.
Directly report to the COO and provide oversight for technology operations including but not limited to NetSuite ERP, Project Management, Dev & Support of Web & Applications, Mac Support, and Cloud Services (AWS, Linode).
