A work from home contract position, where I provided coordination of server support for three of Boeing’s Commercial Aircraft Application Development teams.
Ensured operational (ITIL) and regulatory (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance for UNIX servers by gathering requirements, following Boeing’s change control processes, and creating “work packages” for 3rd party Systems Administration. Submitted work packages to the Change Review Board for approval, once approved, follow up with the SA & Dev teams to facilitate progress.
